Response & Training Solutions (RTS) was formed in 2002 to meet the growing need of protecting and training America's Responders. The Company is lead by a uniquely diverse and qualified training cadre. Our group of Subject Matter Experts come from a combination of Local, State, and Federal agencies as well as respected members from the private sector.
